BENEFITS OF LEGAL NURSE CONSULTING

Breaking down medical records, translating medical jargon, and transcribing those records into a patient's personal experience can be a daunting and incredibly time-consuming task. As nurses, we do this every shift that we clock in, and can basically do it with our eyes closed.

What technique or resources do you and your firm utilize to make the most out of the medical records involved in your medical malpractice or personal injury case? Let's be honest here, medical record review can feel like a language all its own.

Why NOT use an adjunct such as nurses with years of medical expertise in the standards of care and how those are reflected in a patient's medical record?

In health care, we refer to this as interdisciplinary collaboration. BUT my personal perspective is that this technique is beneficial across multiple disciplines. Specifically speaking to the boundary of medical care and law.

Emergency medicine, administration with focus on policy and procedure, and insurance utilization management is where I excel. Holding a career in the arena for 14 years has made many great connections, and if there is something I can't provide I will help you find an expert who can.

Let's collaborate for a better resolve for those most vulnerable.
It is my passion to bring medical facts to the surface when it matters most.
